WIT Software is a software company that develops software products for mobile operators and the mobile internet. They are mainly specialized in the convergence of communications between the mobile, the PC and the internet.
At Mobile World Congress we met with Paulo Glórias, Business Development & Marketing Manager at WIT who told us more about the WIT Communications Suite, a software solution that enables the convergence of telephony services with the PC, Internet, Game Consoles and IPTV.
It allows the seamless use of voice and video calls for 3G phones, SMS/MMS, IM, contacts management and integration with social networks, across all those terminals.
They were also introducing AskWiby, a platform of Intelligent Agents for Contact Centers that enables support and sales processes to be further automated through the web and internet channels.
